What a great two weekends of football! We have won two games and are really loving the excitement of a new football team and it's fans. The kids got new tee shirts for the game and getting ready for the game is what they look forward to all week. If you've never been into football or been around it much, you don't know what Friday means to those of us who are. The entire day is centered around our evening events. Short afternoons and late evenings but what a blast. The first picture is of Mike, Camden and then Parker, showing their cougar spirit. Parker is a new buddy to the kids. His daddy is a Coach too! Second picture, Jadyn didn't make it for the picture as far as being "decked out" in her Cougar gear. She has on a red shirt and it has cougar paws on it but you can't see them. Also, she took her hair down out of a ponytail held by a red and white bow with "CHEER" on each ribbon. What a pill!
Anyways, this is just the beginning of our season and what a great start! Wish us luck this week because we are the underdogs vs. Abilene High. The game will be very intense. All grandparents, Chris, Michelle and Chloe aren't missing that game. I'll keep the blog posted.

We can't wait! I'm a little anxious about the car ride with little miss priss but hopefully she will do fine! I can't wait to see Camo and Jadyn. I can finally play this time. Last time they saw me I was in a hospital bed and they weren't sure what to think. I've missed them like CRAZY!!! Love you
I know what you mean about all day event. This week is homecoming and there is stuff pretty much everyday.
I don't really know how it happened, but even though Joel doesn't coach football anymore, he still has plenty of responsiblities on game day.
