Well, I said we would have much to write about due to the weekend. Starting off, Thursday evening around 7:30pm, we ran in the store to get a few groceries. Camden loves pushing the cart and Jadyn helps me put things in the cart. That night Jadyn and Camden were in a hurry because Nana and Papa were coming. Due to the storm Ike, they had to get out of town before traffic stopped them. So, running in the store took place. Camden was pushing, Jadyn came running up the aisle and neither one was looking ahead. Jadyn came face to face with the cart. Camden kept saying, "It was an accident Mom." I knew it was but Jadyn was knocked down and screaming. No blood but it turned black and blue right away. I was upset but just that it happened and she was hurt. We iced it and came home. Daddy called the Team Doctor and they wanted us to watch for concussion. Thankfully she was better and stayed awake the rest of the evening.
The picture of Chris is just lack of sleep due to late night driving and rocking Chloe in the middle of the night. He had 3 hours of sleep. Chris does silly things like this on little sleep. Camden didn't know how to react. Uncle Chris was wearing his helmet and Camden couldn't believe his head fit in it.
Finally, Uncle Casey was home early from work and hadn't seen his niece since she was born. He was excited to see Chloe and as soon as he got ahold of her, she grabbed his shirt and wouldn't let go. He was suppost to be grilling but told us, "I will get to it. Chloe and I are going to sit for a little while. This is my favorite." Casey sat down in the recliner and was in his element! Chloe was so much fun this weekend. Camden kissed all over her little head and Jadyn helped hold and feed her. It was hard seeing them go but the positive to it all is....they are coming back on Thursday for a wedding. We are all excited.
